Tech Rider
SPLASTEEN is a self-contained live modular performance system. Venue provides: table + chair + power + stereo input. No stage monitors required. No laptop used during performance.
1. Space & Power
Furniture
- Table: sturdy, minimum ~4 ft wide
- Chair: standard chair (seated performance)
- Footprint: performer + table only
Power
- (1) grounded AC outlet within reach
- Standard venue power is fine
2. Audio I/O (House PA)
Outputs
Stereo line output: (2) × 1/4" TS (Left / Right), unbalanced, line level.
Venue can provide (2) DI boxes (preferred), or take 1/4" lines directly.
If stereo is not possible, mono (Left only) is acceptable.
Monitoring
No monitors needed.
Optional: light foldback if available, but not required.
3. Logistics
Timing
- Setup: ~15 minutes
- Line check: ~5 minutes
- Strike: ~10 minutes
Volume + Room
Wide dynamic range, from low-present to high-intensity.
Mix is responsible to suit room constraints and policies.
4. Environment
Notes
- Seated performance (chair required).
- Works in low-light environments.
What I Bring
All instruments + internal routing + power supplies.
All cabling from the instrument to the 1/4" L/R outputs.
